I've payed for premium, money has been taken from my account and cleared, yet It's not showing that on my account. Please can someone look into this?

On your account, I can see that you have an active subscription to the enhanced Data Update - which started on 3rd September 2025. I just want to confirm - do you believe you have made a separate, second payment for the Premium Membership product since that date?

Hi can i get a refund on my membership, i forgot to cancel and was just charged. I am not using any features and do not intend to.

Afternoon i've paid for a premium membership the £10 left my bank VIA Paypal but i still can't download the faces megapack in one go its still giving me  a load of parts to download in 

From the view that I can see - I note that you have, since today, got a subscription to the Enhanced Data Update. I cannot see a record of a purchase made against the Premium Membership.

There are two different, paid product subscriptions available via the site - the Enhanced Data Update, which provides a version of the Data Update with additional features, including player ability updates and dynamic data, whilst the Premium Membership provides access to faster downloads versus having to use mirrors/download larger files in parts.

The reason they are separate is that there are very different costing profiles/activities associated with the upkeep of each of them.

If you believe you have made a payment for the second product (Premium Membership), then unfortunately I think only the Site Admin will be able to look into that. I appreciate that the distinction has not been very clear in all parts of the UI and that is something that is being worked on. In terms of seeing the distinction most clearly, if you go to your https://sortitoutsi.net/shop page, you will be able to see those two products and also be able to see the orders you have made.

i didn't mean to buy the data update thing i only wanted the ability to be able to download the faces and graphics packs that are large in size without having to download in parts.. is there no way my that it can be switched over to a premium member ship instead? thanks

Hey @Footygamer! I'd like to cancel my premium membership, I can't do it myself because it says that it's awaiting payment. The payment declined today, because I don't have funds on the card. I don't use the website anymore, I don't play the game anymore and I don't intend to. I forgot that I have the subscription, noticed only because of the notification from my bank. I will be grateful for your help

@Footygamer hey Admin. I paid for premium membership a couple days ago but somehow I’ve had to pay it again today. Anything you can do to help?

It can take 5-10 business days it hasn't been 5 yet.

I do have the button now, but there is another issue unfortunately. when I click on suspend payment, it says “active cancelled”, but when I refresh the page, or close it and open it again, it still shows “awaiting payment” and suspend payment button. It seems that I can't cancel it by myself. Thank you for your help 

@kubease I can confirm it is cancelled, this was just a UI bug I will get it fixed.

I am unable to access the FM24 data update file for some reason.

I purchased the file with the dynamic attributes yesterday, and I have done all I can to download this but the link seems not to work.

The Enhanced Data Update, when downloaded, results in a download of a file named ‘sortitoutsi.net FM24 Data Update - Live.zip’. As per your history of downloads, this would be the one at the top of the list, which shows you last downloaded it at 17:50 (per your screen snippet).

A good differentiator to know whether you've got the ‘enhanced’ update is to look to see if the zip file contains a file named ‘sortitoutsi.net FM24 Data Update - Player Attributes.fmf’. If it does, then you can be confident that is the Enhanced Data Update.

In reality, the fact the zip is appended with the ‘Live’ suffix is a good indicator. The free version produces a download with a different naming convention.
