ALL Issues with premium membership including cancelling- post here[read the opening post before posting]

@Footygamer I accidentally purchased a membership as I believed it was a contribution for a Cheat Engine table. Since there has been no usage, can I request a cancellation and a full refund?

Just posting here to check if i have the premium badge. 

It is listed under shop orders, but the downloading page still wants me to subscribe. :-(

Thank you for your response. I had to try again in a different browser. Apparently, it had to do with some Chrome extensions I installed. My download is now able to start.

@Footygamer Hello! Sorry for the incovenience is it possible to have a refund on the £10 premium, i thought i had cancled last year and i havent used the benefits of it since it had renewed on the 11th of this month.

I bought the enhanced data update but once i download it, it came as a fmf file and i put it on the editor data folder and it won´t apear in fm to select.

Shouldn´t it be a rar file with all the editor data files in there?

Hello, I bought the year membership thinking it was a monthly membership of 83p, and while I enjoy SIOSI and want to support the forum and the volunteer work that is done, I really really really need those 10 pounds back. I'm living in the shoestring and won't be able to afford necessities this weekend, so is there a possibility to get a refund from my premium membership?

Well I’m sorry about the download thing mate, I’m just trying to prepare for tomorrow’s release and it gave me no alternative to do the slow download now that I bought premium. In hindsight now I should’ve waited yeah

But honestly, I just want my money back and my premium to end, I’m definitely not saying I feel scammed by anyone, but I bought this with it telling me I was going to pay 83p a month, and now I just kind of want my bad decision to… be reversed.

No worries, i just point the new game at my graphics files from previous iterations, that way you can very quickly what works and what doesn’t, so far faces, logos, 2d kits all work, I havent tried adboards or digital boards as the game looks graphically pretty good

I just subscribed to download faster. Paid 10GBP. The only problem is that my PayPal account e-mail was different than the one I was logged in and tried to download.

Please can any Staff validate my download or activate the Premium Membership? Just created another account same as the PayPal e-mail but still don't have PRemium neither can I download fast. 😢

What can I do? I can provide evidence from e-mail that I paid.

I wanted to purchase a premium membership, but unfortunately, there are no available payment methods (PayPal) in my country; credit cards only accept Visa and MasterCard. Hello 🙂 First of all thanks for your great work.

On September 11th 2025 I downloaded the Data Update for the FM24 and therefore completed the Premium Membership. I paid the 10 Pound via PayPal. But in my account there is no Premium Membership. When I want to download other stuff, it tells me to pay for the Premium Membership again. Do you know what went wrong? If necessary, I can of course send you the PayPal receipt and show you the download I made 🙂
