Hi, Im trying to download FM24 Real Name Fix File v4.1 but when i click the download and try to start the download I get this error. I tried also to start the download manually but it goes to the same error. 

UPDATE: To add a little more context, Im using Firefox but I also get the same error with Chromium based navigators. No VPNs or Proxys

@dzyad  Can you please try and make things easier for the people who try and help you by translating the error to English?

You also seem to have cut out the URL from the screenshot, what is the URL in the address bar when this happens?

I did some aditional testing and it seems a problem between cloudflare and argentina, since I installed a vpn and redirected to UK and it worked fine

Not sure if this is affecting others - but for about the last 18-20 hours, the ‘Browse Database’ element of the site appears to be unreachable. When I visit https://sortitoutsi.net/football-manager-data-update/database, I am presented with the following graceful error page/message:

“We are so sorry but it seems our website encountered an error. Please visit the feedback and support forum to report what happened and we'll look to get it fixed straightaway.”

Querying the database in order to contribute Data Update submissions does not seem to be impacted - I have been able to submit those just fine.

The sending of emails recently became stuck for around 24 hours, i've unstuck them now, it's possible people may get a flurry of emails if they were repeating a task that was failing, apologies if this is the case.

hy, have anyone information about the club logos. Cant download it. The page forward an another page and cant download it. The trophie, the faces, every other staff can download it. THx for the answers.

Which pages is it redirecting you to? Please give as much information as possible, you could have posted URLs, or exactly which logo style you're discussing (we have many)

Having trouble downloading the sortitoutsi_cutout_megapack_2024.08_changes.rar. pack. My two options are dfiles.eu and frdl.io 

 dfiles.eu wont work as it keeps flagging my Avast up when trying to download and frdl.io the page states File Not Found. 

I just tried frdl and it's fine, can you give a specific link or screenshot?

Avast you should be able to say it's okay no?

Is it an issue if the cookies confirmation bar keep popping up although I had made my preferences clear by Declining them?

The bar keep popping up whenever page is reloaded or I opened up new page in Sortitoutsi.

I was reviewing the All time records and some seem mixed up between individual and team.

Player Match records .. This I read as a match record not season.

Most assists.  There are  records listed of 71 , 56, 49 etc. These should be rejected.

Player Season Record .. suggests an individual.

Most goals is 190 for Bickleigh … They are a Team not person per screenshot.

Any chance to correct these.

Above Issues with records continued.

Player Match Records … The Top results are all teams not individuals ..e.g. 24/18/17 & 15.  Top score should be 13.

FM19 specific record issues.

Manager Season Record .. Most hat tricks for Wrexham 8 includes friendly pre season game so is 7.

Transfer Records .. Highest Total Value is mistyped as £79bn when it is £7.9billion.

I cannot download any Logo Megapacks whilst trying to download its complete pack. When i try to download it one by one with updates i can download.

@REYZARD can you give more information other than just that you “cannot”? It's impossible to help you if you don't provide any information about why you cannot, what issue you're encountering, any error messages, anything like that.

I would be happy to moderate this If that helped.

Would just need some instructions how to access and approve/reject on the system.

I might be too dumb, but I just subscribed and can't find the link to the download for the enhanced database update. It still says “pay with paypal” and “pay with credit card” but there is no download button.

Other downloads are working fine, such as the free database update.

For downloading the facepacks, etc, you guys promote uTorrent as a good website. The problem is that it is a "literal" virus, it has a bundling software that forceably downloads thing onto your computer such as Rav VPN, Safer Web, McAfee (well known ‘virus’) and more, this lead to me having malware downloaded since one of the services took over my virus protection software. i managed to get rid of it but I am warnign that it leads to malware being installed.

I bought the enhanced data update but once i download it, it came as a fmf file and i put it on the editor data folder and it won´t apear in fm to select.

Shouldn´t it be a rar file with all the editor data files in there?

I can replicate this. This is an issue with how the file is being presented for download and is something that is a new bug - I've reported it to the Site Admin to resolve.

In the meantime, the actual file you receive is in fact the .zip file with all the contents. If you rename the downloaded file to .zip from .fmf it'll then work as expected, allowing you to extract and install correctly.
