Site issues - reporting thread

Hello, I've been trying to participate in the giveaway to win a copy of FM24. I was already subscribed to the YouTube channel, so I just click on the ‘Verify Entry’ button which takes me to a page to accept sortitoutsi in my google accout, I do that and then the page reloads to the choose an account page like below

 

What does this mean? Did it work or not?

At that point you're still authenticating via Google so just click the one account you have and it should work

When I've tried it just redirects me back to that page

@Footygamer something has gone wrong with all the browsing systems. when you press a continent nothing appears 🤷‍♂️

Hey guys, I am trying to download the standard logo pack for FM24, but when I click download I dont get a pop up on the bottom of my screen to let me know its even started and I have no downloads in my files. I am not sure if its my PC thats blocking the download, or whether i need to pay for premium access or something as I saw one YouTube tutorial that said I needed to be a premium member to download the packs..

On my account now it says I have 5 downloads in my history (tried multiple times) but nothing has downloaded. Help 🙂

Hey can you give more information such as which desktop (mac/windows) and browser (chrome/firefox) you are using?

 

I'm not sure what you mean by “no downloads in my files” have you been able to see the recent downloads in your browsers download manager and there's nothing listed from our site?

 

I see you are premium now but have been trying to use free mirrors before. Which free mirrors did you use?

Browsing the 3D packs, I am unable to see the next page button. I cannot get to page 2 of the pack. See screenshot.

Hi. Tried to extract the big files of metallic logos cut out pack but when extracting using winzip, it just stucked at almost 90% of extracting, then it just kept running for hours but the status bar never moved.

Used a different computer to do also the same problem.

As you can see on the screenshot below, there is a green square hovering over the top of the screen. When I click the find out more button, it still appears. Is there any way to remove it?

I've been trying to download the cut out faces megapack for the past 24hrs - i've just signed up as a premium member to download this asset, have tried it several times in Chrome Incognito mode etc

 

Is there an issue with the file? It seems to download halfway then fails…

Sometimes this happens because you have run out of disk space.

 

Using chrome incognito shouldn't matter at all.

 

24hrs seems very slow indeed do you have issues with the speed of your connection?

I can't create my “downloads” in the 3D- and SS-kit section, after filling all forms it doesn't show up in the end, leading to an error

goodnight. It's not about a website and a game that I'm producing on my own. and I use the links on this site and I have already proven that the error is in the links that appear and disappear all the time.

 

@lucashenrique please don't hotlink to our images, that costs the site money.
