Swear to god my left shoulder is fucked. It crunches/clicks when i roll it and it's got a constant little bit of a numb ache to it. Reckon my cartilage has gone? My dad reckons it could be osteoarthritis ffs

I got that in my right shoulder from work. No idea what it is as not been to see anyone about it. Probably dont help I get neck pain too

Really though, I've had similar from sitting in my work chair. Do some yoga, will sort it right out.

Summer Show exhibition went really well, got a few business cards handed to me and a lot of people liking my work. Some of it is being used by the council for display which is cool.

New Designers next week in London, bloody excited for this, such a big opportunity.

Then a holiday a week after that, cannot wait.

Staff voted unanimously to ban .gif signatures like 3 years ago, none of us ever got around to informing the members or actually enforcing it though.

I got banned for drink driving in 2007, but I didn't tell my work. So instead of telling my boss, who I hated, I called him a cunt and said I was sick of working for him. Then I left, got drunk and posted the office keys through the letter box. Apparently the manager was demoted a few months later for being a poor leader.

Quite funny that she ousted Rudd to get the job now it's come back and bit her on the ass. Matters little though Rudd will be out in September when we have the elections.
