I've been on recurring premium subscription since 2020 via paypal, but it looks like my account here got deleted so I just created this new profile. I stopped playing FM a few years back but wanted to continue supporting the site so I left the subscription on. I'd like to try playing again but when I search for my old paypal address here, it shows the order in 2020 associated with my deleted account but when I search on my current paypal address it doesn't show any orders. @Footygamer , I can send you the paypal confirmation emails and also the transaction details from the website. Please let me know what you need to tie that order to this new account. Thanks.

Are you seeing something like “Deleted Account #XXX” if so what is the ID in the name?
It is possible to recover deleted accounts if you know the email address, just try logging in with that email address.

Correct. For the purchase back in 2020 it shows the “Deleted Account #1443838” but it's not showing any more recent purchases made through my current paypal address though it's been on recurring each year since then. I've tried every address I can think of and even searched my own email archives but can't remember what I used. It's likely an address I no longer have. Either way, the purchase from this year doesn't appear to have been associated to any account on this site.

I've cancelled the other subscription and refunded the most recent payment from September.
When you say most recent purchase, I assume you mean most recent payment from that old subscription, or have you made a new subscription this year on a non deleted account?

hey the subscription reactivated today without my knowledg, I thought it was manua. I don’t play fm Anymore so I have no use for it. Can I please cancel and get a refund thanks.

To your question: It was still reoccurring from the old sortitoutsi account. It was from the same paypal account, but I had changed my paypal address over the years. I saw the refund come through, so that'll work. I can just resubscribe using this new account. Thanks for the help.

Just to confirm - are you being prompted, specifically, when you try to download the Data Update? If so, that prompt is for access to the Enhanced Data Update, which is a separate product from the Premium Membership for the website.
There are two paid products/subscriptions, overall - one is the Premium Membership, which “gives access to faster downloads from our servers rather than having to use free mirrors.”
The second is the Enhanced Data Update, which “gives you more than just transfers and promotions. It updates attributes throughout the game to make it play more realistically as well as Dynamic Data Files that make each save game unique. Plus it's updated every 20 minutes giving you live squads that reflect real life almost instantly.”
The quotes are taken from the respective descriptions of the products, available to see side-by-side if you browse to https://sortitoutsi.net/shop. From this page, you can also see the status of your currently-purchased subscriptions (and manage them accordingly in the Your Orders section of that page).
Irrespective of having access to either product/subscription, there are free alternatives - in the case of the Data Update, it is available further down the page. In the case of the Premium Membership, free mirrors are presented right near the bottom of the page.
Appreciate I'm replying to one of you, but the above is also relevant for the previous poster, @onlineloser, hence tagging them here. Albeit I think their account is ‘the other way around’ (i.e. they have the Data Update, but not Premium).

Just wanted to acknowledge the post. With issues of this nature, I think the only person that can directly assist is @Footygamer, the primary Site Admin. I suspect - from experience - he will need to request some details from you, perhaps including the email address associated with the PayPal payment. However, please don't post those publicly, here - await his response/contact and go from there.

Hi I got an auto renewal for premium membership on 30th Jan but when I click on a download I get the payment options. When I click on fast download for example it takes me to a payment page, is this not what I'm paying for with premium? also if i click shop it shows no premium membership subscription anywhere.

I have an active Premium Membership for more than a year but have no access to the attribute updates for FM24. Did I purchase another membership just to have no ads? I thought no ads is the same as the Updates membership.

My subscription has auto-renewed but the £10 has not left my account yet.
I had no intention of renewing and haven't downloaded anything for about 10 months.
