Fuck off.

If you're going to disagree with me, why don't you actually try explaining why rather than acting like a petulant child?

Exceptional footballer; scummy human-being. Similar to Rooney actually, you have a nice little collection of them.

Not defending what Giggs did in his personal life, other footballers are bigger twats i.e. Terry, Cole and Suarez etc.

And agreeing with TS Scholes is the archetype for how a modern footballer should be.

Stretford End Flags have today announced that plastic flags will be on the seats of the North Stand ahead of the Champions League game against Real Madrid. Unlike usual mosaics where fans hold coloured sheets above their head, this mosaic will be made of flags.

For god's sake.

Paul Scholes is an overrated thug.

Apart from the fact that Paul Scholes has been stupidly under-appreciated for most of his career.

You can judge if your shitty team hadn't have given Ranger so many chances. Scholes is a great professional and every player should aspire to follow in his wake off the field.

Giggs though only shagged a slag. Hardly makes him a terrible human. That is reserved for the Suarezs and the Hindleys of the world

I love Scholes and think he's one of the greatest midfielders of his generation, but in recent years he's had heaps of praise. I'm not saying he didn't deserve that praise, but I think this whole thing about being underrated is a myth. The one thing I will say though is that he was never properly utilised in the England set-up.

Paul Scholes was underrated until everyone started creaming about Xavi, then realized he's basically a Spanish Scholes.

Yeah, in recent years. For most of his career he got virtually no praise whatsoever outside of Manchester. Ironic, really, that the same people who now spunk themselves silly over the likes of Wilshere turn their nose up in disgust, to this day, over the suggestion he was one of the best.

Ironic, yes, surprising, no. Since the 90's there has been a slow shift in the English perception of how football should be played. Although, obviously, we're not fully there yet.

Carlos Tevez, who has played in the same team as Messi and Ronaldo amongst others, was asked who the best player is he's ever played with and without hesitation, even as a City player, he said Paul Scholes.

Sorry, I just thought with me being an Arsenal fan and the Wilshere reference it might have been aimed at me.

Paul Scholes was never underrated

He was so under-appreciated while being an automatic selection for England in every important game and playing in one of the most famous Manchester United teams ever and consistently getting into double figures in goals for the season....

I don't think I can think of one time when someone has said Paul Scholes wasn't a very, very good player.

Why is being asked to play a different role being considered a massive insult? Obviously Steven Gerrard was also massively under appreciated when he has shunted onto the right for quite long periods of his career.

England trying to accommodate four very talented midfielders into one system is obviously below Paul Scholes....
