Hello India, end of season now, no games till September time. So we have lots of month to build and form the squad. 433 is the goal.

It will be needed, finances in a dire state. Just getting myself accustomed to the squad, few tidy players, sorely in need of more bite uptop though. So we will be targeting attackers this summer.

Gutted on the relegation front, upwards and onwards into the searing abyss.

I like club hopping, a welcome change from my last few careers which have been rooted in one club.

Shockingly there is no footballing talent in India, and if I could, I'd field a team of 12 Brazilians, breaking both the foreigner rule and the rule for the amount of players you are allowed on the pitch. Got my two scouts scouting for my whole new attack and you should fully expect some Brazilian flair to be in the mix.

Lots of good young talent but I don't want to risk throwing them all in at once, want my tactics nailed and then I will begin to incorporate the youth more and more. Not gonna make too many changes to the squad either, just really focusing on bringing in my attackers and shipping out a few high waged shite Indian's.

Fallen victim to the four squad foreigner rule, having to ship out a Nigerian CB who I really would have loved to keep. But hey, when there's an 18 year old Brazilian striker arriving in August sometimes being Joseph Yobo's cousin just isn't good enough.

Four players brought in, all on frees. One was sacrificed on loan due to the foreigner rule and me being unable to shift the Nigerian CB.

24 game season, 18 year old, new country, 10 would be great.

Two games in the Durand cup group stage, lost both, conceded five shots on target over the two games, conceded five goals. Awful keeper.

Pfffffft, uneducated Indian's. I tried to explain to them how this wasn't cricket and how Gaviao's return of 1 goal in 12 games was rather remarkable and should be celebrated not derided.

Some silly mid-season break now, no games for nearly three month. Been a very average start, getting nothing from wee Gaviao but I don't want to change things too much just yet. I still have faith.

Just don't want to get sacked again, I want to try and build something up over two or three seasons and then move on.

Bloody fixture dates are shite, on three or four occasions this season I've had two games in three days, and in the next week I have four league games. Good old FM, fully testing the leagues.

On a more serious note, Gaviao. 5 goals in his last 5 games.

I can finally shape the squad the way I truly want now. Shipping out both the Nigerian's who are on over 1k a week, shipping out my gash GK and clearing the youth team out. Need to free up as much in wages as possible.

Already begun the process, getting the scouts out and about looking got a GK and fullbacks. This summer I'm targeting a starting GK, a starting CB, a starting FB and a starting DMC. Four starters, two or three depth options.

Club were predicted 7th and we finished 6th, far from spectacular. But at one point I was on the verge of getting sacked, so nice wee turn around.

I wanted 10 goals from Gaviao and he obviously didn't hit it, so his season was nothing but below average. He'll still be leading the line next year with Singh playing from AMR, the AML slot is certainly up for grabs however.

Defence 100% needs sorting, gonna upgrade personnel and that look at things from a tactical standpoint. Asking a lot from my FBs due to me playing AMR/AML, so they need to be of a really good defensive standard.

Lots of high earners will be shipped out and I'll mainly be looking towards Indian players, but we do love those Brazilian's.

Surely get rid of that shit Afghan player.

Selling him is 4th on my to do list, don't want to disrupt too much too soon so could be forced into keeping him for one more season.

Been crunching the numbers, four first team squad members will leave and about six youngsters will too, that'll free up £3.6k a week in wages, not bad when our current wage bill is £13.7k a week.

With all this financial freedom I'm looking to add a starting GK, DMC and AML. If I can get them then I'm gonna look towards a starting FB and a new CM to replace the ol' Afghan.

Trying to slowly build the squad I want rather than rush in with ten signings. This is a process. This is progress. This is delaying the inevitable (me getting sacked).
