BETA Vs Full Game

Does anyone know just how close the BETA version is to the final release?? I don't really want to get into a game just yet to then have to start a new game to get all the full/fixed features on release day...

I started doing a challenge the other day, but it's a cut down version, so not really interested any more...

So I'm a bit stuck, waiting now...
