Haha fantastic, he looks like a toxic goalscorer now!
Glad you're enjoying the work

I'm pretty sure they work with FM14 as well. Why don't you test it out and let us know? I'm 99% sure it does work anyway.

It's still working fine for me and hair mods shouldn't be affected by the patches. Have you tried re-installing the mod and clearing the cache?

emil's config has this line....
<!-- dont preload anything in this folder -->
<boolean id="preload" value="false"/>
<!-- turn off auto mapping -->
<boolean id="amap" value="false"/>

<!-- dont preload anything in this folder -->
<boolean id="preload" value="true"/>

Also the hair.xml in afro long has this code in your pack...
Colours: blonde, lightbrown, darkbrown, black, red, grey, bald
Ethnicities: afro - African
euro - European
hisp - Hispanic
eind - East Indian
asia - Asian
Lengths: short, medium, long
but in default its got the extra line...
Colours: blonde, lightbrown, darkbrown, black, red, grey, bald
Ethnicities: afro - African
euro - European
hisp - Hispanic
eind - East Indian
asia - Asian
mixed - mixed_race
Lengths: short, medium, long
Testing game with the default xmls running and only the image changes for defaults...

Replace it with this one. It contains OLT's hairpack, debski's hairpack as well as debski's modified default hairs with collars and no snow.

This might be a silly question, but are you sure you have it in the right folder? It should be the same folder where the game was installed. And then your folder structure should be Football Manager 2015/data/facegen/hair and inside that hair folder you should have the default afro, asian, euro, hispanic and mixed_race folders, which you can overwrite with the default upgrades that were provided in the OP. You should also have a custom folder (name doesn't matter) there and inside that custom folder you should have afro, asian, euro, hispanic and mixed_race folders, which are the ones you downloaded.
And make sure you haven't set them to FM14 folder by accident for example. Although none of this should be a problem if you have had it working before the patch. It just sounds very strange that it doesn't work after a patch in game.

Good to hear that it's working now. This hair mods just add so much to the game and are absolutely essential. At least for myself

It comes with a readme file. As the name suggest, you should read it.

But i guess you won't see it inn full use before new players coming up ?

To answer my own question, restart the game.
abc1234br
however, there is no need to wait for new players to be generated by the game to use the hairstyles, existing regens will randomize their hairs when the pack is installed
