Drop Down Menus?!

I've been a fan of FM since the days of Domark..

However, on this release, I am frustrated there are no drop-down menus to navigate to other teams or players quickly?

Ie if I click on Lionel Messi, there used to be a tab which I clicked and showed the whole squad so I could click on David Villa for instance, and navigate to him instantly.

Same with teams, click on Arsenal, drop down box for Man U etc.

Where are these!?!?

Click the search icon at the top of the screen, gives you a fair few related options before you have to search for something.
