First of all @OrKelvin, @Rob currently lives on the other side of the world and thus won't be on as the same time as others.

Second, this is a fans' forum in which we all have lives and don't go on them twenty four hours a day and seven days a week

Third and final, you will get your refund but you need to be patient, Rob will sort you out when he's next available.

I was hardly a "patronising idiot" as you nicely put it and how could you come to that conclusion through a message on a forum? The chap posted twice in as many minutes, thus in my eyes showing impatience, yes he was waiting a few days for a reply but Rob is the only one who can authorise/do refunds and he's now always online and is currently living in Australia.
