Icelandic leagues down to step 5 - FM2016

Another database, this time in regards of Iceland. Recent publicity made me have a look at the Icelandic Domestic football leagues. I could do a wholesale compilation but others have done that already.

4. deild karla was created by myself and I added 3 groups to split the 34 teams in the former "Icelandic Lower Division". They're all enabled and ready to play, I tested the competitions for 10 years and it works without any bother.
