Super League Succession Game (Dan + Shedender)

@Dan's going to 'ban' me at this rate. Dreadful start to my second stint at Atleti easily win.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang earned us a share of the spoils at Juventus Stadium with an equaliser with five minutes to play.

Back-to-back draws, this time at home to the leaders Manchester United.

Game was over inside the opening half an hour and I'm having another stinking spell ffs.

Left it late at home to Porto but a huge three points nonetheless.

Superb home success over Real Madrid, Aubameyang with a brace.

Undone by an Angel Di Maria hat trick.

Went attacking in the final 10 minutes to try and rescue an unlikely point, it majorly backfired.

We're twelfth in the table with eight league games remaining and it's going to up to @Dan to ensure we survive in the Platinum League. Dortmund are five points ahead of Manchester City who occupy the final relegation/promotion playoff spot and it's surprising to see them struggling along with the likes of Juventus. We are out of contract in the summer and there's been no movement yet in getting a new deal.

New deal has been offered and signed. If a bigger club becomes available though then we'll no doubt apply.

That's a hell of a league.

Who's likely to be promoted into it?

It sure is @Suffolk Seasider something a bit different too! At the minute the title race for the Gold League is tight, Leverkusen lead the way, a point clear of Napoli and Leicester in third. Valencia are fourth just three points off the top whilst Monaco are fifth, 5 points off, two automatic promotion spots. One playoff winner.


Another dominant showing over a struggling Roma who are all but down now it'd seem. A second half flurry of goals saw Gotze and Pulisic net for us before Dzeko pulled one back. Reus put it beyond doubt late on.

Take a second win of my stint after two games, Manchester City really can't compete in this Platinum league for some reason. We smashed them four one here. Castro netted an early first half goal for us. Bartra, Aubameyang and Pulisic made it four nil before Jesus pulled a late consolation back for City.

A good showing and a clean sheet, Inter gave us much back but didn't take the chances like we did. Pulisic and Aubameyang both converting for us to get us another win.

Definitely two points dropped rather a point gained here, we dominated Benfica but just couldn't find the breakthrough after Gotze leveled the score in the first half.

A big win against Liverpool, they beat us in my last stint but we got revenge here. Gotze opened the scoring before Aubameyang doubled our lead. Liverpool pulled one back through Lallana before Aubameyang had a second. And that process repeated as Lallana and Aubameyang both netted again.

Evenstevens on stats and result, probably a fair result.

Looks like we're making progress on these English sides now, beating Liverpool before and now Chelsea. Another brace for Aubameyang!

The final game of our league season saw us end with a defeat, losing to fierce German rivals FC Bayern despite us dominating the stats.

Real Madrid are the first ever Platinum League champions! They ran away with it in the end and its really not that surprising. Manchester United finished second, eleven points behind with Bayern a further point back. We ended tenth which is a really good season for us after being predicted to finish in fifteenth, can't complain with that. Very surprised to see Manchester City and Juventus finish so low, City avoiding defeat in the relegation playoff to stay up. Inter Milan are a surprise in relegation too.


Firmino was the leagues top goalscorer in the end, Aubameyang took third which is good to see.

From the gold league its a champions crown for Napoli as they win the league title by goal difference over former Premier League champions Leceister who join them in promotion. There is also top tier football next season for Monaco, Leverkusen and Schalke. At the other end, relegation for Zenit, Fenerbahce, Marseille, Sporting, Basel, Dynamo Kyiv, CSKA Moscow and PSV.

We have so much money in the bank but only £53million to spend on transfers this summer, it'll be a busy one with @Shedender set to take control of the club.

Not good for the Italian teams, barring Milan, which seems rather odd! Should hopefully be some good, disgruntled players to pick up there though Shame Monaco went up, their players will be less likely to look elsewhere.

I think City will be much stronger in the coming season, so don't underestimate them

This is, of course, assuming you stay at Dortmund!

Oh we plan on remaining at Dortmund @Suffolk Seasider for at least another season.
