Hi guys, this time I am going to show you a tactic I created by myself for #fm23 which worked extremely well for me last year and then I decided to test it with #footballmanager2024 too, and ... it works too. Here in my video you can see my great results. I tested this tactic with Milan Futuro and I won Serie C (Italian 3rd division ) and Serie B (Italian 2nd division) in two years (starting in summer 2024 and winning seasons 2024-25 and 2025-26) got promoted to Serie A. But Milan Futuro is #acmilan's second team, they can't play in #seriea against the main club, so even if I got promoted to Serie A, obviously I can't play it. That's why I decided to end my savegame, I did not want to continue to play managing another team (even if I had job offers from #napoli , #inter and #liverpoolfc. Then I decided to test this tactic with #torinofc and #arsenalfc. With the first I won Italian Serie A and scored more than 100 goals, with the latter I won the treble premier league champions league and carabao cup. This proves that my tactic works with most of teams, stronger and weaker even if with weaker teams you will allow more goals to the opponents, but goals scoring performances are always super. Besides, even if this tactic has a narrow shape, by using two attacking wing-backs and two sides midfielders who are instructed to stay wider and run wide with the ball, we can exploit wider areas too and create threats for the opponent's defense from many positions. This tactic is a 4-3-3 with one sweeper keeper on support who will push forward between the two defensive central defenders to help in the build-up phase, two attacking wing-backs who will provide width and support the attacking phase, leaving spaces open behind them that the opponents will not easily exploits thanks to our midfielders trio and attacking trio who will press the opponents and force them to stay deep in their half. With this tactic you will always have from 6 up to 8 players in the opponent's half (the three strikers, the three midfielders and the two wing-backs) even if the central midfielder, a deep lying playmaker in defend will often drop deeper to help the two central defenders. Our midfielders trio is formed by a box to box midfielder who has both attacking and defending duties and will disrupt the opponent's play, a deep lying playmaker with defensive duties and an advanced playmaker with attacking duty who will control possession. With two playmakers, it will be difficult for the opponent to stop our play because if they decide to press one there will always be the other one free and the fact that our advanced playmaker is instructed to stay wider and run wide the ball allows him to exploit wider areas, bypass the opponent's central midfielders pressing and overload the left flank helping the wing-hack to do 2vs1 against the opponent's fullback. The three strikers are one advanced forward who will be our main goal source (he is instructed to shoot more often and roam from position to search for the best place to pose threats (pass or shoot), and two DLF in support who will drop deeper to link the play with the midfield. In the video you can see how this tactic works, my stats and highlights with Arsenal, Torino and Milan Futuro and how to create this tactic in the game.
