It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

The download mirrors for the megapack updates are asking you to run windows commands that will install an infostealer on your computer.
Ridiculous when the texts above the mirror links state that they are completely safe.

I am having a problem when i try to unzip the rar files it says there was a problem reading the contents of mega pack part 7 the archive file is incomplete. I tried deleting it and redownloading it and it still gives me that error. The first time around i continued the unarchiving process anyways and added it to the graphics folder and my game wouldn't load when opening it.

Delete whatever you've extracted to the graphics folder, and start again from scratch.
Make sure the file(s) you download are actually fully downloaded and not truncated. Use Winrar to extract them.

Both of these are issues with the downloads somehow not fully completing. Not sure what we can do about that 😕
Instead of downloading the individual files, I recommend downloading the torrent file as there's less which can go wrong there.

I downloaded Mega Pack Cut out faces for Mac + the updates. Installed them like described in the folder + did the cache thing in game. Now I have not faces at all and not even “non face players from before" have a silhouette. It is loading ages and after the cache thing it also takes a long time. like 20 minutes minimum. Do you have any ideas? Im a little frustrated.
Also: is it normal that I have 8 folders after downloading and extracting the big fm24 faces + the update folders? Or should it be just one?

But you are a “premium” member so all you have to do is to download and install the latest “complete” file from the main page (it is always up to date) and then just download and install updates as they are released in the future.

One Way do get it hopefully done, described in different words:
This worked for me:
my problem was that I extracted all of the files together into the graphics folder and ended up with multiple folders each with a config.
the game needs the config to read the files.
When you download the megapack (the biggest file from all)
u end up with a faces folder and an icon faces folder.
Both facesfolders also include a config.
If you have this folder inside your graphics folder it should work!
but the updates are still missing.
The update files also include those folders with updated faces and also the config.
So the config from update 1 for example is basically the config from the megabuck including the updates. Thats why u replace it with the one from the update file.
You extract them one by one in order and put the insides of the folders into the folders from the megapack and replace the files that already been there (newer updated photos of players) and also the updated config.
The config from the update files is the old config including the new updates, that’s why its important to put them in order.
So how it worked for me with the Mega face pack uncut + Updates:
First Download Mega Pack and unpack it. I did it on Mac and after unpacking I got a sortitutsi folder.
This folder called “sortitusi”, the one you extracted from the Mega Facepack uncut, you put into the graphics folder.
(How you find this one, hidden folder if you have a Mac, you can google quite easily 🙂) + If you don't have a graphics folder, just make a new one.
Inside the extracted folder (sortitutsi) you will find one folder named Faces and one named Iconfaces. Both of them have their own config. file.
That's for the game so it understands where to put the Facepictures.
Now you have to reload the skin in game (click option inside settings (you will also find it pretty easily via google.) + after you did, also tick box to load stuff via cache or something like that.
IF you did this, you can go in game and will have the pictures from mega pack uncut.
With the updates. you also to the unpacking stuff and will then find another “sortitutsi” folder with Faces and Iconfaces folder. BUT: YOU THEN JUST COPY AND PASTE ALL THE PICTURES FROM THE “FACES” FOLDER OUT OF THE UPDATE FOLDER YOU JUST DOWNLOADED AND EXTRACTED INTO THE FACES FOLDER OF THE MEGA PACK UNCUT AND TICK REPLACE IF ASKED. SAME WITH THE ICONFACES.
You have to do that with each new update. And update after update. Important: don't go update 2,3,1, go 1,2,3 or 1,2,5 for example. The config file will always get overwritten and you need the lates one if you want data update pictures. Remember: the gam needs it to connect your pictures to the right players.
Also don't wonder if starting the game first takes some time, the game needs to adjust. (Uploading new data kind of

So basically, you've just followed instructions from the video. And based on what you showed me in private message, you didn't have all faces in main pack and you didn't have config file as well.
That's why it's important to follow the instructions.

If your disc is full, then you need to make some space by deleting other files. That's got nothing to do with this pack, to be perfectly honest.

Unfortunately, files of the faces for fm17 were deleted from deposit files and there are no seeds for the torrent file.
