I purchased the premium membership. Whenever I download a big sized file like Metallic Logos and the Mega Facepack it stopped around 1 GB and would not resume even after many tries. I redownload the files time and again and it still failed to complete.
Small size files are no issues. But those over 1GB will not complete.
Please help.

I've a premium membership account. I have lot of space in my PC and I'm using Chrome. Tks!

I do not think the browser is an issue. This is because I am using Firefox and Microsoft Edge. I even tried using Chrome and it doesn't work. Please assist me by checking if there are any limiters on the server. If so, do rectify this please.
One more thing, I have a large HDD with plenty of space. So this should not be the issue either.

Have you tried in Chrome? That has a resume download feature which I've seen often fixes download issues

after using various paid for download accelerators found this as being just as good infact faster than some of the premium ones

Trying to DL the backgrounds megapack and it failed on 3.6gb and 'restart' just leads to another fail.

Use Google Chrome on Incognito mode and avoid having any other downloads at the same time. That may help.

Download has completed today (via firefox), speed was capped @ 5.2MB/s throughout.

I use normal mode too but i read in some cases it's better if you use incognito mode for some reasons.

I'm now downloading the backgrounds megapack torrent someone kindly shared.
Does someone please have a torrent for a faces megapack and a logos megapack? I've looked on torrenting websites to no avail. Thanks.

The torrents for these packs aren't visible for premium users because it's assumed they'll just download the full files directly from our site. Since these files are so large, they are somewhat prone to be interrupted along the way. For some reason, having other downloads and multiple browser windows open seems to exacerbate it. I would recommend downloading them using Chrome overnight or during a time when you're not using your PC/laptop. When using Chrome, you should be able to resume the download from the point at which it stopped.

Hi, thanks for the reply.
Sometimes chrome will let me resume, other times it says it has "failed - network error" and I have to restart from beginning. The download interrupts every minute or so, so I would have to sit in front of my browser for several hours, clicking resume constantly. It's not workable.
Please if you have any torrent files for the face and logos megapack I'd appreciate it, even if just by way of a PM.

My recommendation is that you use Google Chrome in Incognito mode and have no other downloads or things happening in the background while you try and download these files. My internet connection is unreliable and terrible, and I downloaded the 36GB backgrounds pack in this manner, only needing to press resume download a couple of times so this method definitely works. Or perhaps you can try using a download manager to do this for you automatically.
I'm afraid I don't have access to the torrent files myself either, which I'd share gladly.
