Is there any where that lists what the key attributes are for each staff role? I can't find anything in guides. I know it used to be DDM + coaching but I'm thinking more for the DoF

So the only "key" ones needed for a Director of Football are JP & JA.....
However, there are other things to consider as well...
* Your club's scouting knowledge will be expanded based on his nationality and experience.
* Determination & Motivation makes him better at doing deals. (Do you make him buy/sell and/or negotiate contracts?)
* Adaptability if he is not from your nation.
* Some people suggest Tactical Knowledge can be helpful if you want him to bring in specific players for specific roles in your team, but I'm not 100% that's true...
