That's a licencing problem, right?

Mons' file can fix that, I believe

and thats what I think the OP is asking is it ok to use Mons file in Germany(basically for the German team you can do this yourself by removing the ''fake'' files from the DB)
I am not sure if this is the concern as the OP is a tad vague

Downloading face packs , badgets , kits from this site...I know that you cant download most of the things in Germany , so i was wondering is this safe to download...do i have to pay premium membership to avoid torrents and all that is also a question ?
