no im using the regular skin. does it work only on downloaded skins?

Well it never worked for me until I added the skin from here, I also had another skin from a different site and the backgrounds never worked on that either? 

ive downloaded the fm 23 skin from here but it still wont work.. any idea what should i do?

Sorry pal, not sure, normally if you retrace all the process steps you'll find you've missed something, that's only advice I can give.

not working for me either, followed the necessary steps twice at least 😉

Is anyone else having issues with these working? I have the whole pack for 22 and no issues, but for 23 I decided to start afresh and downloaded complete packs again. But nothing is showing up for me this time. All my other graphics are working fine. Facepacks, logos, kits etc, just not the backgrounds

No idea, have you changed your folder directory maybe?

Unfortunately I can't get the FM23 backgrounds to work this year. 

I've downloaded the individual folders for players, staff, stadiums etc and placed into the Graphics folder like usual. All my other third party graphics such as logos and kits all work fine. 

I've reloaded the skin, cleared the cache and unticked using caching to decrease loading times without any success. 

I've tried using last years skins like whats been discussed in the forums and it still won't work. 

I'm hoping when you bring out the FM23 Background mega pack it may fix the issue? 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

i have downloaded the stadiums and people background but neither are working, do i need to install all the backgrounds before it will work.

@naboin @RoughJustice13 @Ross Forrester Some skins only support certain type of backgrounds, so them not showing up doesn't mean that you have done something wrong.

Here are the skins currently available for FM23, I'm pretty sure the FLUT one supports all backgrounds. Haven't had time to check the rest yet

@BramNUFC I can confirm it's working with the FLUT Skin although I'm not a fan of the design personally. I can't seem to find another skin that supports the SIO background megapack but will keep looking. If you know of any other skins that are compatible please let me know.

Is there a way to see the backgrounds when I'm using the WTC skin?

I've tried to upload 2 x player mixed backgrounds pack. Where will the pack be as I can't locate them? 

Someone else had problems with uploading a pack as well. Can you post a comment in this thread and specify what browser you used?

Chrome blocks the dowloads as being ‘potentially dangerous’

Yeah same here im finding that with most of the stuff on here at the minute

@moondog777 @markcoad8213 if you go to your actual downloads page, you should have the option to ‘keep dangerous file anyways’. But it's annoying indeed

I did manage to download without issue with Edge

Never had issues here before but now using internet explorer or whatever it is called  i get the download error page.

Morning all top work as per usual for these! I've tried two browsers so far Chrome and Firefox and they both fail for the Fans pack and also Nation pack updates. Chrome thinking its dangerous and then after completion blocks it. Similar scenario to Firefox and thinks there is a virus attached. Anyone else report this?

I like the new layout with individual folders and configs. It gives one a choice of which packs to install. Great work.

Hey bud, absolutely love your work every year (and still contribute each time also)  would you be able to assist in this situation please?

The below SS is my files about backgrounds and the in game SS showing no backgrounds.  Using FLUT check the full screen etc, Faces badges and Strips work.

@Jaun Aldu After downloading an update pack, you have to move all the fles from there straight into your ‘main’ backgrounds folder. You now have them in seperate folders with seperate configs, that's why it doesn't work
