1. Extract folder to Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 20##/graphics/kits/put in here!
( If there is no graphics folder there, create "graphics" )
2. FMXX - click 'Preferences' > 'Interface' > unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times & tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes' > click 'Reload Skin' for first your time.
THEN ALWAYS when you download other packs, DO Click 'Preferences'>'Interface'>'CLEAR CACHE then again click 'RELOAD SKIN' AS ALWAYS after downloading to folders.

Editor file that fixes colors and missing kits is also included, and should be (most of the times) the same as the one in SS kits pack.

I had the same problem. It's worth purchasing the IGE. NOT for cheating, as that makes playing FM pointless. It costs less than buying a pint in London and has many other uses. The kit editor is good for modifying. I removed all the alternate kits for Liverpool and Arsenal and any major clubs with numerous competition specific kits and made sure the competition was set to "0". They now work fine. The IGE is also useful for moving players/managers back to their original clubs when FM moves them ! It's better than update packs because with those you have to start a new game which is a pain and it means losing your career to date.

Which leagues did you have in mind?

Probably the North West counties which i think is div9? Winsford will be in this division which is who i'm currently managing, much appreciated.

I first have to finish level 8 leagues before I think of doing any level 9. However North West Counties were made last season, and most of kits are used this season again. Winsford is reusing last season kits if I'm not mistaken
