Can you edit league rules after game start?

Hey, I am wondering if it is possible to edit league rules after game is started. I am currently beginning my second season at Barcelona and I see that La Liga allows only 3 changes and 7 players on the bench. I would like to keep 9 players on the bench and 5 changes if possible.

Is it possible to change it? If so - how? Do I need to buy official FM's in-game editor or I can I do it via some 3rd party editor?

Can't be done using official ige or FMRTE

You need to do it pre game
