FM21 Achievements not showing

I have a mammoth save on FM21 which I’m thoroughly enjoying.

Anyway I have taken over at Inter Miami in 2097 and have managed to win both the US open cup and the Concacaf champions league.

Now, whilst we are listed as previous winners on the competition homepage, it does not show up on the clubs ‘ Honours page ‘

i selected LA FC who won the Concacaf in 2078 as the last American team and it doesn’t show on their honours list either? In fact the Concacaf and the Open Cup don’t show on any of the American teams pages ?

why is this this please? Can it be fixed?
