This is my attempt to emulate Arteta's Arsenal 4-3-3
I won Premier League and FA Cup with Arsenal. I used the Database 2023-24 updated with most recent transfers downloaded from this site on August 11.
Besides, I tested this 4-3-3 tactic with default 23.5 database with Hsv Hamburg in a previous savegame too and finished 2nd in Zweite Liga (German 2nd division) and got prometed to Bundesliga

ah you mean the other one in the Hamburg save picture, that is Tang Skin. The one in the Arsenal picture is Narigon.

Ah sorry, it's 64% the best in the league

no the only thing I did is install DF MEGAPACK from here and the Tang Fu Skin
With Narigon Skin you can change the background, just click on the button on the up right corner that button has a circle shape , you can change the background of the game, the color, you have many choices

But when i install tang Fu skin it's a dark skin not a light like yours

ah sorry, I actually don't remember now what skin it is, because after I finished the season with Hamburg I deleted that save, if not I would have too many savegames in my Sports Interactive folder. In that Hamburg save I created one month ago I was testing Arteta's 4-3-3 then I tested other tactics and only recently, after I got the season 2023-24 update, I created a new save to test the 4-1-4-1 with Arsenal that you see here
I often switched skins because I can't find the one I liked more, it may be also Mustermann Light Skin then. I tried all the skins you can find on this site or fm scout
