If you've not touched the ball or obstructed an opposition player than you're not intefering. The fact he's ducked means fuck all - nothing has changed because of his presence there. Hart can see fine, he's on the other side of the goal, the ball's path doesn't change with him standing there. It's obvious a shit call, no idea why you insist on defending it.

So you're saying Gouffran's presence didn't distract Hart at all? Don't believe that, he's 5 yards out in the way of the ball, Hart could easily have thought he was going to head it

No, that's bullshit. Gouffran was a comfortable distance away from Hart and he's not reacted because the ball's flown past him so quickly. It is incredibly harsh not to give it, either way.

Cabaye should have had a second yellow there but the referee is clearly bottling it.

The referee's behaviour led to the first yellow in any case. I suppose it walked the line but if he had given a second yellow there probably would've been a minor riot.
