Fm23 - Downloaded faces dont show up. Downloaded logo's, trophies,stadium does show up.

Hi. I have downloaded all the available packs for the faces. I have done what they asked and they just dont show up. All the other ones (stadium, trophy, logo) does. i have no idea what to do. 

If it helps my filepath is:

D:\ Files\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2023\graphics\pictures\faces

have you tried the basics of clearing the cache and resetting the skin in prefs

Yes. Still no luck.

wonder if you have downloaded fully

there should be around 430,000 faces in the full pack

I have downloaded this 3 times all 431k faces everytime they just dont show up. I had a mac before this and i had no problem on that machine. I really have no idea. I saw somewhere that it May be something with the Windows defender that the defender could be blocking out the faces but they dont specify what i needed to change in the defender.

Not sure to suggest, windows defender would block a download but not the contact once complete

have you checked the config?

What do i need to check in the config? The config is is in the face map. 

Just right click on it and open with edit

check all the config is mapping properly
