The idea of this tactic is to utilize an asymmetric formation to cover the entire playing area. This tactic uses a sweeper keeper attack to help distribute the ball, libero support who will help attack and FM's new IFB role who will hold a position in defense. with the combination of volante attacks the formation can change very fluidly from defending 4231 to 2341 when attacking. This tactic has been tested for 3 seasons, where 2 times became runner-up and 1 time became champion with the Chelsea club. Meanwhile, when tested with the Sevila club, they managed to rank 2nd (media predictions finished 6th) only behind Madrid.

Yep and him saying i couldnt finish the 2nd season cause i was fired tells me this thing doesnt work at all. Also why do people keep making weird ass tactics just imporve a normal one. Why not switch GK and ST and put all field players on a left or right position and leave the hallway open for opponents while you at it?
