Road to the Hall of fame

The start of the season had been quite good for my team who has managed to sign some top players including Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi who went on to be regulars.

These signings are a coup for a Club like Chelsea being expected to finish 3rd in the league and struggle in the Champions League with the Teams I have to face in the group stage.

A 1-0 win against Norwich, 3-0 against Swansea, 3-0 against Newcastle, 1-1 draw with Atletico Madrid, 0-0 draw with Arsenal and defeating Bayern 4-2 to win the Super Cup, I am doing quite well to break Sir Alex Fergusons massive point record. Can I do it?

After defeating Liverpool 3-1 at Stamford Bridge, I have scored the most and conceded the least in the league however 2nd Place Manchester United have conceded 1 more than me and scored 1 less. I am currently above 2nd placed Manchester United in the table by 1 point however David Moyes' side has a game in hand on us.

Champions League Group H

My Champions League group, All 4 of these teams could quallify in another group or even win it but only 2 can advance in the Champions League, 1 can go to the Europa League and the other is out of Europe altogether. To regain Chelsea the title I am going to have to keep my very small squad fit for these matches, these are probably one of the strongest teams in each pot and if not the strongest and some of them deserve to be in a higher pot.

New Number one

With Cech getting old, i thought a new keeper could benefit the team. Tim helped us keep 2 clean sheets against 1st and 20th place in the league, where Cech probably would of failed. He has good premier league form but could be back to Number 2 due to lack of Champions League experience.

Champions League

Over Half way to the end of the group and with 2 wins, 1 draw and 1 defeat it has been about how I expected. A win against Madrid (next game) and if Juventus defeat Dortmund we will both secure places to the Knockout stages with 1 game left to play. I wish they was a feature where you can have split screen and watch 2 games at once if this or a similar scenario happened.

Were going abroad!

After a 3-0 win over Madrid we have secured qualification, I am quite surprised we went through with a game to spare, having a group full of class teams but its good because I can not be forced to play a full strength side against Dortmund so the players are fit for the games against Fulham and Everton (before and after respectivly)

September 2012

Remaining Results from September I did not upload, we done quite well but a 0-0 draw with Cardiff was disappointing and conceding in the last minute to loose against Juventus was a kick in the teeth hence I decided that Petr Cech will become my goalkeeper for the Champions-League and Tim Krul for all other competitions until January when I sign Marc Andre Ter Stregen for 40m.

November 2012

November has been a great month for my Chelsea side even though we started off with a terrible result against Hull.

This month our defenders have been crucial with a goal from Phil jones and 2 goals from John Terry and David Luiz. Also we remain 2nd at the end of November, 1 point behind Manchester United (who we have a game in hand on) and 1 point infront of Arsenal (we also have a game in hand on).

Champions League Group H

My Champions League group concluded today in Dortmund : After already securing qualification I rested key players such as Mikel and Ronaldo. Also in this game Petr Cech conceded for the first time in 666 minutes. Athletic Madrid taking the lead against Madrid must of motivated them to attack and play to stay in the Champions League. My side were defeated 2-1 by Madrid with the only goal coming from Robert Lewandowski, a goal in the 90th minute was ruled offside in what could of leveled out the game. After resting key players I am not surprised about getting defeated.

Derby Day: Chelsea 0 V Tottenham 0

Both teams started off launching one attack to another with both defenses for the clubs putting in 100% however the 31st minute saw Ashley Cole pick up a 2nd yellow card and be the first player to be sent off in my reign as manager in a crucial derby at White Hart Lane! After mistakes from the Chelsea defense Totenham did score but it was ruled offside. My Chelsea side shown we are no pushovers with 10 men and the match finished 0-0

Half way through the league season

We remain 2nd half way through the season yet we are the only team yet to be defeated in the league.

December 2012

2012 has ended and it has been a good month for Chelsea, our worst result was probably a 0-0 draw with Aston Villa, with our players we should be doing alot better when playing against oppositions like them. The 0-0 draw with Spurs was a great result with us holding on for 70 minutes despite heavy counter attacks while having a ever-present defender being sent off. We remain in 2nd place, where we have stayed for most of the season. For the second month in the row, John Terry has got to be my Player of the month after more fantastic performances for us.

New Signings

So, Mikel who played 182 games in 6 and a half seasons at Chelsea got unhappy so he left to join Roma for 12.5m pounds, (I rejected his offer from Barcelona beforehand).

I was then backed into a corner and was forced to sign Tiote from Newcastle United for 15m : to boost my Champions-League squad I got my 3rd defensive midfielder (1 cant play in Europe) On Loan from PSG (did not play in Europe) Matudi is a decent player.

January 2013

January has been alright for Chelsea but we have failed to perform as well as we should in the first game against Petersborough and Huddersfield. However we done well getting the other draws and getting into the Final of the league Cup. We remain 2nd in the league but the top 3 teams have the same goal difference so United are top on goals scored : Despite us having the better strike force with Gotze Ronaldo and Messi regually starting we are behind on goals scored! (conceded the least in the league though). After scoring when no one else can in mostly all games Cristiano Ronaldo is my player of the month.

Capital One Cup Final 2013

Leicester City Football Club made it to the Final along with Chelsea, Chelsea went into the game having won all of there English competition matches 3-0 in their last 3 games against Arsenal, Man City and Cardiff. 2nd choice keeper Tim Krul started over Petr Cech for Chelsea. Mario Gotze opened the scoring at Wembely on the brink at half time (His first goal for the club!) Mario Gotze went on to score another goal in the 53rd minute but it was wrongly disallowed by Howard Webb, Mario Gotze also had another goal disallowed in the 74th minute. Shortly after in the 78th minute Juan Mata's free kick (hit the bar) went to Robert Lewandowski who put Chelsea 2-0 up, tapping it in, in a very similar fashion to Chelsea's 2 disallowed goals from the same match : Lewandowski got Chelsea's third a minute later. Robert Lewandowski who came on the pitch for Cristiano Ronaldo truly changed the game!

After requests day after day for his loan to be terminated, I gave in to his wishes and let him go back to the Reserves at Paris Saint Germain. He started in our 2-0 win against Huddersfield in the FA Cup and came on as a substitute in our 2-2 draw at Anfield. Blasie leaving does not make the team weaker, we do have 2 fantastic defensive midfielders and someone who can play as one if needed. In the game against Liverpool the frenchman got a assist but is not good enough to get our number 1 defensive midfielder spot from new signing Daniele De Rossi.

February 2013

February was a good month for us with nearly all wins in England coming finishing 3-0. After keeping 4 clean sheets my Player of the month is going to have to be Petr Cech. (Table included results from the first match in March). Despite doing alright our worst result has to be the 1-1 draw with OM because it was the only game where we did not win. The 3-0 FA Cup win over Arsenal has got to be the best victory with them being a local rival for Chelsea.

So with everything coming up great for us, The club is apparantly being sold... I hope i dont loose my job... we also have set a defensive record in the FA Cup.

March 2013

We might of only conceded one but it has been a pretty bad month for Chelsea, After our 3-0 win what we got a lot of in February we only got 4 draws and a win. We scored 3 goals what looks rather terrible with players we have such as Gotze, Hazard, Messi, Ronaldo and Lewandowski. It is pathetic the way we are playing as we have to rely on our defenders to score, recently it has just been John Terry. We played that pathetic I dont even want to pick a player of the month but if I had to Petr Cech for being good keeping away shots from going in to make it even worse for us.

Enough is Enough

I have fined a few players 1 week wages due to not playing well in the 1-1 draw with Southampton and the whole month of March... well I could not fine everyone I wanted to but I fined who they let me and deserved the fine, we need to pick up performances and with that Team Meeting I crictized team form, wrecked the harmony also being involved in a board takeover is not going to help us at all. I would make drastic changes but I dont want to many newish players playing at once thats why Sergio Ramos and Marc Andre are sitting out every game and with half my decent young players online, I do not have a good enough squad to rotate about. All this hard work and form is going into rubble!

Abysmal

After expressing my concern in the team meeting they got bad morale now when I tried giving them a compliment it went worse. We have a small squad and the unhappy players are nearly playing every game so its unfair and I cant speak to them about why there morale has dropped. I dont know how we remain unbeaten but in the last few weeks players were speaking about positive morale now its pants!

First defeat

It has been coming for a long time but 6th April 2013 saw my clubs first defeat of the league season, it came against Sunderland at White Hart Lane. It has defiently been coming as 5 out of 6 matches before this in all competitions were either 1-1 or 0-0 draws with 0-0 being the case for 4 of the 5. This defeat leaves me 2nd place and 4 points behind Manchester United with 6 games to go. I have secured a top 5 finish.

Were going to Wembely and the Nou Camp!

Started to rotate my squad about drastically, moved players into different positions as well as changing my bench warmers with my Starting XI and it is starting to work, we are returning to form. For some reason we defeated Real Madrid and are now in the Champions League Semi Final and if we win we will go to Wembely. Talking about Wembely, New United manager Mike Rigg saw his team defeated 1-0 in the FA Cup Semi Final thanks to a Late first half winner from Man of the match Sergio Ramos : we will play Ipswich Town in the final.

April 2013

To be fair it has been alright this month, even though we suffered our first league defeat of the season we some how managed consetitive draws against Real Madrid to advance in the Champions League to the Semi Finals, drew 2-2 with a very good Tottenham side and beat the team currently top in the league. No point uploading the table because I have played 2 games in May but we remain second and 4 points behind united (end of April)

Well forgot to mention despite it looking obvious my best result being a 2-2 draw with Real Madrid away from home when expected to loose heavily, Ronaldo scored 4 against Fulham and 1 in every other match so deserved my Player of the month award. He is a fantastic player and on average he has only not scored in 2 league games this season however he is 14 goals behind his league goals than he was at Real Madrid last season but he is still doing well and getting used to English football again after leaving Manchester United quite a while ago now, to join Real Madrid who was managed by Pellergrini at the time

FA Cup Final 2013

The FA Cup final saw Ipswich Town take on FMraynors Chelsea side at Wembely Stadium. Chelsea were heavy favorites for a reason and veteran midfielder Frank Lampard opened the scoring in the 8th Minute. Chelsea did not have to wait that long for a second goal either with top goalscorer Cristiano Ronaldo putting his side 2-0 up after a goal in the 23rd Minute. A nice ball of play started by a throw in from veteran defender Ashley Cole lead to constitutive passing and a long range shot from Lionel Messi made it 3-0 with 32 minutes gone. Ronaldo made alot of shots but they just hit the woodwork/went wide by meters but after 10-15 passes including a Ashley Cole through in, Eden Hazard (came on as a substitute for Mario Gotze) gave Chelsea somthing else to sing about with a goal in the 63rd minute. Alot of mistakes from the Chelsea defense lead to a corner, Ipswich striker Daryl Murphy pulled one back for the Championship side :A comeback looked impossible with 12 minutes to go and 4 goals needed to win for Ipswich. At the end of the day the best team won on the night Chelsea 4 Ipswich 1

The Final Day of the Season

37 games in ... no champion has been decided. All eyes watch on Manchester United (had a chance to win the league but drew with WBA) and Chelsea. Chelsea were 2 points behind United and A win and a united draw/loose would win us the league. United have to play my favourite club Manchester City at the Etihad. Meanwhile funnily enough, I have a game against Aston Villa (just beat Man City). If the bookies are right, We will win and United will loose and we will become league champions!... More to follow.

CHAMPIONS!

I would like to thank Carlos Tevez for scoring the goal to hold United back and help me win the league with Chelsea on football manager, After being predicted to finish 3rd all year and been around 2nd for the past months of 2013 this is a real overachieve, i must admit I was pretty worried we would finish second when United went 1-0 up.
