Hi, I recently purchased the premium in order to download the NewGan facepack and application, as none of the other provided links worked for me, but the programme won't run with my computer, even after following all the steps multiple times. Would it be possible to get a refund? I was under the impression the premium was 83p per month but am willing to accept that I may not have read it thoroughly enough. Any help would be appreciated @Footygamer.
