Sorry it's not possible to swap them, if you want to sign up for the premium I can cancel and refund the other.

Please make sure to read the first post where it makes it clear you can manage this yourself by going to ⚙️ > Shop Orders and don't have to ask me to do it.
If you're saying “I can't” without providing information about what is going wrong e.g. error messages then it's difficult to help you.

@Footygamer Hi, my Premium renewed automatically. I haven’t been playing FM for quite some time and kept forgetting to cancel. I’ve cancelled it now. Could you please assist with a refund?

Unfortunately, none of the responses provided a solution, and I noticed you didn't deliver on your promise regarding the "attributes upgrade." I request a refund and cancellation of my membership.

When I click on "Cancel Payment," it shows the payment has been cancelled, but when I renew, it shows "Payment pending" again.

@Footygamer I have recently signed up to a premium account, but have been using this website for years! anyway now being a premium subscriber the only way for me to download any files for fm26 is via the slow option and not getting it quicker even though I'm a premium and even though I've paid for it, it still asks me to pay every time I want to download
Please sort this or I'm looking to cancelling that was once a decent website for the mods to fm,

Hey all. I have been billed by sortitoutsi, probably a purchase I made at some point last year that auto renewed, but I have no indication whatsoever in my emails for this purchase. I don't mind you guys keeping the money this year, but I need help finding which email this transaction is linked to so that I can cancel the plan. I have blocked sortitoutsi from taking further money but I'd like to get this sorted if possible.ThanksNevermind, I learned how to read the first post and found the email.

I haven't played the game in over a year and was charged a renewal on Paypal today. Now cancelled in my account and my fault for not cancelling in advance of payment but if a refund is possible that would be much appreciated

@Footygamer You said there was a UI error, but it still tried to process the payment (luckily there was no money on the card). Is there no solution to this problem?

@Footygamer Hey, just realized that my "Data Update" renewed automatically. I wasn't even aware that this was a renewing subscription and don't even have FM26. Even after auto-renewal, I didn't download anything. I cancelled the subscription from “Shop Orders” but it would be great to have a refund.

What do you mean by “When I renew”.
Are you trying to cancel or resume your subscription?
It sounds like you are trying to cancel so why would pause and then try again to “renew” ?

Hi, I’ve just sent your support an email. however I’ve heard this is the best place to get a response. I’ve had a yearly renewal fee of £10 charge me, however I don’t remember signing up for a yearly subscription. I really need this refunded asap.
