Match plan screen?

I saw on the screenshots for this game a match plan screen? I thought that was put in to eliminate the sliders? But wherever I look I can't seem to find it, so what was brought into the game to replace the sliders? It surely can't just be the formation creator?

The match plan is for FMC, it allows you to setup a pre-defined match plan and then click "instant result" rather than having to watch the match
