Database help!!!

Hi guys, I've come across a problem which I'm unable to find a solution to. I want to start a new game using the default data (14.0) instead of the winter update (14.3). When I go to start a new game I select to use the default data but on the next screen (whether it's to select editor data files or what countries to play) I can see that below the Football Manager 2014 title at the top it shows "version 14.3" and when the game starts up this is confirmed as all January transfers are there. How can I get back to the default data?
