Well you are, it's like me and coming out with your stupid statement but just replacing Benitez with Ferguson..

I remember towards the end of the transfer window when people were talking like Spurs were the dog's bollocks. They'll undoubtedly get better but they're pretty poor going forward and have been lucky to get some questionable penalties to dig them out of holes. It just highlights how much they relied on Bale last season.

They've basically replaced their entire front 6. I think it's a miracle they're picking up points as regularly as they have been and they just all, obviously, need time to gel.

Also Townsend is not Bale and has no where near as good a shot on him, I think he's had the most shots in the league and scored once. They need him sticking wide and getting the ball in the box, not cutting in and shooting 10,000 miles over the bar.
