It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.
Secondly, for files as large as this, the calculation of the extraction time will be wildly incorrect at the start. After a while, it'll show a more realistic timeframe, which shouldn't be more than an hour or two if you have a good setup and few programs running at the same time.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Yeah, no idea how this works at all. You need a URL. The only one you can get is by right clicking the download complete pack button and copying the link address. But then the download manager spits this out:

I am having an issue moving my megapack folder to a different location. I mistakenly have it in my FM13 folder and want to move it to FM14. For some reason it tells me I do not have permission to move or delete this folder.
"You require permission from S-1-5-21-2225195298-2778108438-323505995-1000 to make changes to this folder"

Dear Mons, the reason I would like to download in parts is because I have a terrible internet connection with a speed up to 1Mbps only. It will take days to download Megapack in full. I have tried to use download manager but the downloading always fails every halfway.
Therfore, is there any solution that you can recommend to me at this point?

Looks like it, I'm afraid, as you have just under half the total image count. No wonder some images wouldn't display, since they're quite simply not there...

I have a problem. I have installed the package in the right way (according to protocol) but when I put it in the game, the faces are too big. The pictures of the player contains the whole window where there also is supposed to be information about age, nationality etc.
I have tried to delete the package in order to get in normal again, but unfortunately the window is now almost completely white and missing the informations, even though I deleted the package and even re-installed the game?
I do not neccessarily want the package, but I want it to be at least normal again?
Can anybody help me? Excuse my bad english

I suspect you installed the file incorrectly or that you are using a different skin. Try clearing the cache from the preferences to see if it solves the issue.

I have tried to clear the cache but nothing seems to work. I think it is installed correctly as all the faces seems to be there, but the faces are somehow to big like they are zoomed in

What skin are you using? If anything, FM downsizes the image size as they are displayed smaller than their 180x180 size?
If you could upload a screenshot, it might help...

I was using Default Skin. I have changed the skin now and the problem has gone away. Now I just have to get used too a new skin but that should not be a problem :-)
