Mourinho is such a cunt, he moans when West Ham park the bus and get a 0-0, but that team he put out tonight was only there for one thing: to defend. He also claimed in the pre match interview that his team hasn't come to defend. Does he think we're all stupid or something?

That was the worst game I've seen all season.

Tonight's match was dire.

He'll probably end up in another final though - if he went and attacked A.Madrid could have easily scored several and made the job far harder.

I didn't mind the match personally. The important thing was to not lose, given the contest is played over two legs, which is seemingly being forgotten by a few here. It might not have been an entertaining match from a neutral point of view but I'm sure Mourinho doesn't give a toss about that. He's here to win it, it's as simple as that.

I thought we defended brilliantly when required and Atletico didn't really seem to trouble us too much. Torres and Willian worked hard up front, with Torres a few times making a decent solo run or two into attacking positions. Disappointing to see Cech injured and subsequently now out for the season, which is a blow. Hopefully Terry recovers quickly also, which is touch and go it seems.

All in all, a clean sheet and we're well positioned for the return leg at Stamford Bridge.

I don't have a problem with Mourinho parking the bus - football is a results business and a 0-0 draw works out fine for them - but it does annoy me how he has the audacity to criticize others for focusing on defending when they play Chelsea whilst he does exactly the games where they are the underdogs.

Compare Chelsea/West Ham to Atletico/Chelsea though, Atletico and Chelsea are much more similar in terms of quality, resources etc. Teams like West Ham etc with a fraction of Chelsea's resources, their best chance of competing against them is defending, no excuses for billionaire financed Chelsea though with their £50m striker......

Tonight's one was no where near as bad as last night. Although Bayerns tactic was fairly obvious - keep the ball as long as they could, then lob a cross to Manduzik - but Madrid him them on a few quality counters and really should have scored more than 1 goal. Ronaldo missed a sitter and Di Maria to a lesser extent. Madrid derby would be a wonderful final.

Passing the ball around with no real penetration is just as boring as defending and playing for a 0-0 imo.

So Fulham Broadway is closed due to the tube strikes. Should make getting to the Bridge fun tomorrow
