Could give it a shot, played a few games and the AMC has been underwhelming so far.

Squad seems to be blending well, overall its been a good start and I'm hoping for a few years with the club.

The match engine seemingly struggles with lots of vertical movement - complete wingbacks, box to box midfielders, centre midfielders on automatic, wingers on automatic and shadow strikers all seem to perform really well for me.

In my view, past FMs have always struggled to adapt to new positions / roles brought in, hence why Poacher's were so over powered early on. So I can see why some of the newer roles will go down well in the engine.

Tactically I'm getting more and more used to things, but I can't say I really get any enjoyment out of the shout based system. I just don't really feel in control, I felt like I could dictate a lot more with the slider system.

I felt the same, but I've played it more and more and I prefer the new system.

Hit a horrible patch of form, decided to slightly edit things. I've moved the AMC back to a DMC role to try and give us more defensive cover, first game with that has given us a 2-0 win. Just slowly trying to make things work, this season all I want to do is avoid relegation. Next season ideally we'll be finishing top six (16 team league, top two go up), wanna slowly build.

15 gone, 9th place, six clear relegation.

Club wages and finances are wrecked, thanks largely to the 40 cock suckers sitting in the U19 with a total wage bill of over £10k. Obviously crippling when the total wage bill is 17k but the budget is only 12k.

Thought these swines were meant to be good with money? My Jewish stereotypes have been torn apart. Although I do have a ST with a big nose.

At the halfway stage give or take. Can't complain about the season so far really, we were tipped for relegation and we're staying clear of the mix. Only real worries long term are the amount of contracts I have running out this summer and the reality of replacing my loan stars next season.

In fairness a mini club reset could be good, there's so much shite in this team that needs shifting.

Straight in as the starting LB, bloody Vega was gash.

On the outs I released about 78 players and took about 6k off the wage bill, come the end of the season I'm gonna cancel all my loan deals and clear another £700 off the wage bill, that will give me about 2k to play with when it comes to renewals. A glimmer of hope, more than a glimmer actually.

Going forward we have no problems, defensively though, my word. Needs addressing next season.

Accepted a new deal, during negotiations I asked for a slight increase in wage budget and I got it, upto 20k a week now. Bodes well.

Not once have I bargained for more money per week, I always think it will have an adverse affect on my budgets.

Its the team wage budget Ali, not mine. You silly monkey. I'm on £600 a week.

Overall a good season on paper, but I'm still a little disappointed by things. We were dogged by shite defending and inconsistency. The bloody attack was amazing, just the rest of the team let us down.

Gonna lose a lot of good loan players so it will be a very busy summer, tactics wise I'll be looking to build round the 4312 and try to upgrade personnel. If the defence still isn't up to the standard I want next year then things will change tactically.

Hopefully not too detrimental towards our efforts.

Semi-pro status has screwed recruitment. No foreigners want to join, next to no decent Israeli's want in. Could be depending on my youth signings a lot this season.

The fact Israeli second division clubs are allowed no scouts (FM bug surely), is also hurting me. There's one on the books already and he's half decent, but it doesn't half slow down the scouting process. Having to make full use of my Head of Youth Development and his player judgement skills.

Been stalking an AMC for a month now, every few days I enter negotiations with him and slowly but surely his demands are slipping. Down from 2k a week to 1.1k a week now, soon he will be mine.

Glad this is back, Israel must be quite a fun league to play in. Not considering poncing around in the Eastern Block?

A lot of interest from Mexico and South America, I like this. I fancy a little stint out there, plenty of wingers, plenty of options for my 433. Determined to force my ways onto some sorry team.

Had a couple of South American interviews but didn't get them, now just had a few months of rejecting European jobs left, right and centre.

Still hoping for something to crop up across Brazil way mind you, if not I may have to subject myself to another sacking in Europe.
