Wilshere was missed and possibly the experience of a Lucas Neill as well down back. Also unsure why Matt Ryan was selected as first choice, never been overly impressed with him. Was definitely at fault for the 3rd goal.

Honestly, I don't really hold a huge interest in the Australian national team.

Opinion's are divided on those older ones left out and who replaced them. I think Ange got a little hasty and should have retained one or two of the more experienced heads in defence. We got left with a vastly inexperienced back 4 and keeper, with little depth to call upon if required.
