At the moment surely they would. Likes of Davis, McNair, Evans, Brunt.. Those just to name a few. Obviously it would take years for it to happen anyway, but I mean more one day would you like to see it? I always just think look what we have done the last few years in rugby when we've not been divided.

The terms of the Good Friday Agreement combined with current demographic trends in Northern Ireland makes a united Ireland at some point look like an inevitability, but things could change quickly in that regard.
I don't think there is any chance of a united team without political unity. FIFA would never allow it, and the two FA's would never want to give up any of their influence.
