4-2-3-1 Wide Attacking

This tactic is suitable when managing high profile club. I preferably use this tactic with custom roles assigned to each player depending on what his strength and weaknesses.

Mentality-Attacking Fluid

This is my starting lineup roles would look like.
GK-Defend
RB/LB-Complete Wing Back (Attack) Usually with high rating for crosses, dribbling and speed otherwise use Full Back (Support)
CB-Central Defender (Defend)
CB-Central Defender (Cover) High rating for speed.
CM-BWM (Defend) High rating for tackle, marking, strength. Passing and vision are not so important for this role as he is focused on try to win the ball.
CM-DLP (Support) High rating for passing and vision. This guy receive and pass the ball a lot. IF your player is very good try using Roaming Playmaker role otherwise don't.
AMC-Advance Playmaker (Attack)
AMR/AML-Winger (Support) IF your player is average. On one side, I prefer to use Inside Forward (Attack) for player like Hazard, CR; high rating for dribble, finishing, speed, agility and technique. Set individual role to be "free to roam" and "hold up ball". The other side, I use Raumdeuter (Attack) for player like T.Muller ,Volland; high rating for off the ball, finishing, speed.
ST-Complete Forward (Attack) general. Depends on player, eg. Lukaku (Target-Man) Vietto (Poacher) etc.

Important Notes
-Get at least one defender on attack role
-Make sure player assigned is suitable to his role eg DO NOT put player with low rating for tackling and marking for BWM role.

Sideline Instructions:
-Retain Possession
-Exploit Flanks
-Look for overlap
-Press More
-Work Ball into Box
