Extract file to desktop then move to:

my documents/sports interactive/football manager 2013/graphics/faces

If you don't have the last two folders, then create them.

Then open game and go to Preferences>Display... and tick "always reload on Confirm" and untick "Use Skin Cache"
Click confirm and away you go.
