Under-19s not playing in B-team

Hey guys! I hope this question was not answered before (at least i didnt find the right answer). The problem in my Ajax game is that players, which are in Under-19s squad are sometimes playing in B-team and the other way. Thing is, i really dont want that to happen - i have quite carefully chosen B-team squad and some of the players dont get their opportunity in this case. Thank you for your help!

I've never actively looked for this option but I don't think it exists, only way I can think of making sure this happens is for you to take over control of the B Team as well so you'll pick the team every game. I may be wrong though, there could be an option somewhere.

Yes, thats the way. But still i would appreciate my B-team manager will do it on his own. Why do i have him then? Should be definately changed in the next version. Thanks guys!

Yeah i know but the AI can be daft

So is there any solution please? Even choosing the B-team myself is very limited, because i cant change the tactics etc.
