Can’t speak to my players after update...

Well I can but only to warn them. Otherwise every other option has gone missing. I can’t praise my players after a good performance, I can’t praise their training performance.. I can’t even talk to them when they come to me complaining about game time which in turn make it look like I’ve ignored them and it’s effecting my dynamics!

Is anyone else having this problem?
