Online career mode is so slow

Helo guys,i really hope someone can help with this.
I've recently started an online career mode with my buddy ,but the game is always terrible for the non-host,its literally unplayeable,u need at least 2-3 minutes to set up the squad,and many more for the tactics itself,and not to talk about the game...it basicly takes 10 minutes to "warm up"....and im repeating,always the NON-HOST.
We both have more than capable PC's and Network....thanks in advance..
