I checked facebook profiles, the person holding the certificate is Paul Ward and the person in the suit is Broomfield. John Beresford looks like this and isn't in the picture.

Is it because of the space in the name? I've found that it's possible to tag them if you type an underscore instead of a space (so e.g. Jakob_Vestergaard_Andersen)

Ideally, the size of the person's face in the image (from the top of the hair to the bottom of the chin) should be 250px tall or more.
It should also be more recent than the current cutout, and the image should be high quality, preferably from a studio photoshoot with good lighting.

Try using https://compresspng.com to reduce the filesize of your cutouts before uploading them to here in the future - for example, this cutout was reduced to 37KB, which is a 93% smaller filesize.
edit: Never mind, I see that you already reduced the filesize on your recent cutouts 👍

@rmbrasil The filesize of this image is still very large (550KB - the usual filesize should be less than 100KB.) What program do you use to save your cutouts?
