Personally, I am not sure what the best mechanism to enact changes like this is. Of course, on an isolated basis, they can be made - in a file - to make such a change. But then that raises the question of whether we should - and, if we do - does that set a precedent to manage this particular variable on a global level? Because there is a question of feasibility, too.

 

On this specific case, I do see that the Minimum Fee Release Clause data is stripped out by the main Changes.fmf file. There may be valid reasoning behind doing that on an overall basis. I suspect the result is the game applying a new one programatically which perhaps, given his age and other factors, ends up being particularly low. I would need to consult the rest of the team to understand the best way to tackle something like this.

Day 2 of asking if one of the mods/staff could fix this issue where Pau Cubarsi release clause is a meager 2.9m pounds and update it to his real life value of 500m

FWIW, my very basic, working theory for now is that - perhaps - in the processing of the data there was a ‘cutoff’ point and so only players who have had CA/PA submissions more recently than X date have ended up being committed into the file. But I'll be honest - that is pure guesswork. I don't personally have any way to query the back-end site data and I am also not personally involved in the actual ‘data processing’ activity. Also, as I'm sure you can appreciate, the output in the FMF is extensive and consists of many, many records - so pinning down a root-cause in those circumstances, for me alone, is tricky.

 

Hello, is there a way the i can get a rollback of the update to download, like download the upate that was released yesterday

Hello - I have just downloaded the latest update with the latest ‘Non Dynamic Data’ file, but some of the CA's seems to have been removed or overwritten with their default - is this intentional?

 

One example is Cole Palmer - the previous ‘Non Dynamic Data’ file had his CA at 174 but the latest has removed this and now he's at the game default of 140. His attribute change on the profile submissions page has him at CA 178 as of 1st June…he’s now a “squad player” behind the likes of Garnacho 🤣

 

PA’s seem to be intact, but it is looking like some players who were upgraded in the last ‘Non Dynamic Data’ update have potentially had their CA removed/overwritten in the current update - couple of others I noticed were Ekitike, Amad Diallo.

 

There are obviously some players that have been upgraded such as Woltemade (although doesn’t match his attribute change on the profile submissions page).

 

I have only had a quick scan – apologies if this has already been highlighted, or it is intentional.

 

Thank you, just loaded up a save to test before i saw this and I can confirm what you said is true, saw that some players were now back to their original CAS 😢 e.g marmoush, ekitike…guess the wait for a new save goes on

@Osarogie @thehet @andynufc10 @oopsupsideyourhead @ryanpark - tagging those who have specifically asked about this recently.

 

Just to confirm, a latest build of the CA/PA update (which is part of the Enhanced/Classic FM Data Update) was performed. It was finalised this morning, about 60 minutes ago.

 

To that end, it will be included from tomorrow's update onwards (unfortunately, it was completed too late for the build that was released about 7 hours ago).

 

On the note of presenting the ‘last update’ on the download page systematically, we are not going to do that because we are now very close to integrating these changes to be re-processed, daily, as standard - which was always the goal.

 

Thank you, been holding out starting a new save… can't wait

yhh, I noticed the same thing…it takes time due to some files that the enhanced DB update adds (files that are greater then 6000kb). So just be patient after you setup the database everything will proceed at the normal speed you know

Hello, loaded a new save with data update released on Sept 5th and pau release clause is 2.9m which is way lower than his release clause in real life of 500m, is this something that can be changed and looked into please incase for any other similar cases for players with release clauses

Can someone please provide a little more detail about what, in fact, is ‘wrong’ or ‘off’?

 

Are we referring to the contract length? The wages the players are earning? Something else entirely?

 

Depending on the nature of what is wrong, there may be an explanation, or there may be a bug that we need to take care of. Or it may even be as a result of something the Data Update doesn't actually change.

 

Hello, just a side note…loaded a new save with the data update released on Sept 5 and I noticed Pau Cubarsi release clause is just 2.9m, can this be looked into please

Appreciate all of your submissions - those CA/PA submissions for players in the original database are still a work-in-progress to integrate. There's no specific timeline I can share - the Site Admin may be able to offer more detail on that front.

 

The original plan was to allow people to download their own submissions only, first (so people can play with ‘their values’) but so far this, too, has not been configured. I would expect the plan to be to get the CA/PA updates integrated into the Data Update in the course of this summer hopefully.

 

Please when will the CA/PA submissions be integrated into the database update, cause that's the only reason i paid now 10 pounds and it's not the case…some players are still not rated as they should even though submissions have been sent and and approved, weeks ago

Hello, so I recently paid for the enhanced data update, solely cause i assumed all the accepted contributions by the community to player attribute change will reflect… but now I have a case where I have started a save with this DB all files need loaded and that's not the case; example woltemade CA is 138 but according to the sortitout it has been approved to change to  154…note this is the most recent DB that i downloaded and loaded which is dated 03 sept 2025 04:36:24 (my time zone)…This is the sole reason why I opted to pay for the enhanced update so if there's something I did wrong in installation can someone help please?… the only other files I had in my editor prior where the sortiout license fix files and mega kit fmf files, which I downloaded from here

Really grateful to the sortitoutsi community for giving us this data update, however ive been searching through submissions and am yet to see any update done on greenwood. It has been confirmed he has been transferred to getafe on loan and i would have submitted the request myself but when i search he's name, he dosent come up
