You can extract stuff like the official facepacks, which can be handy as sometimes they are better (IMO) than the megapack ones (no offense to those who work on that - sometimes it's just personal preference)

We have banned megapacks. Keep in mind that we spend the entire year making free kits for you guys. It's not too much to ask that you download each pack separately 🙂

The ads in our website is what pays for hosting, server, licenses etc. Without this income we can't provide any more free kuts for you guys. In other words, every visit on our website is needed to give you free kits 🙂

If you see anyone provide megapacks, or someone who tries to earn money on our work, please let us know 🙂

No need to take that attitude - I pay my dues to help keep the website running.

Yeah, that black outline is shown in instances where the game doesn't find a line in a config file tied to a particular UID.

Did you edit the config file at all? All seems fine otherwise, I have to say.

I'm an idiot. The only change I made was downloading the Chelsea 24/25 facepack….for - literally - the first time ever, I've included the config file by mistake when moving it over.

Do I need to download the whole megapack again to get the config file?

Going by the date modified of your faces folder, you changed something in it yesterday afternoon. Do you have 475k images in it plus a config.xml file?

The changes were me replacing 2 of the faces in the pack with older ones from here , that I thought were better.

Here's the screenshot that shows the no. of files and the config:

Is the black outline figure shown in my previous post the default one where there is no photo? I haven't downloaded anything for that, so I'm wondering if that's somehow overwriting everything?

Can anyone help me with this? Maybe @mons ? Never had a problem in all the years I've been using this facepack but, for some reason, all photos are either a) the standard ones which come with the game or b) like this below (FYI, the facepack was working fine last night when I last played):

It looks like they're just placeholders converted from the 3D kits for now. I don't think anyone is currently working on making a proper kitpack for the SPFL unfortunately.

They look good. Is it not just a case of putting them in a folder with a config file? I might end up just doing that myself (if i can figure it out)

@Outlaw King, please refer to the below explanation, from the page used to upload images, as to why this request, and your other 2, are not considered as improvements and therefore not worth cutting:

If you are requesting an image for a person who already has a cut in the megapack, please make sure that the source you are uploading will produce an improvement. We don't consider a newer image to be automatically an improvement since we also take quality of source and cut into consideration. If the current megapack cut is recent and similar in look (check on his/her timeline before uploading an image), there is little added value in cutting another source for the person. Just because a source image is more recent than that in the MP does not automatically mean it's an improvement. It's better to have a slightly older image in the MP if it is of better quality. Ask yourself, is it really an improvement to the existing MP image? If it's the same face and hairstyle with just this season's new kit, it's probably just an alternative. Please keep in mind that we have a limited number of cutters and hundreds of thousands of images in the megapack, so we can't update them every few months or so.

No worries - I thought the Mingueza one was definitely an improvement, with the Araujo one 50/50 (appreciate the Dest one, on reflection, probably isn't).

Fair enough though!

This happened pre and post winter patch.

There are 10 types of training to assigned coaches against - but I can't get higher than 7 coaches (which includes the assistant manager). That means I have 2 types of training that won't be as high as they should be …if that makes sense?

No matter how often I ask, and what speech bubbles I select, nothing works.

This is as Celtic, so no idea if other teams have this issue?

There used to be a ‘default’ cut out that someone made - it was all black, and had a male and female version.

I was hoping to use it for my manager photo (or even the default male one that's in-game), but I'm not entirely sure where it is.
