Where do Arsenal fans think the team needs improving?

You all seem to love practically every player. Chamakh and Gervinho excluded.

Szechney, Vermaelen (until today), Mertesacker, Podolski, Giroud, Walcott, Wilshere, Arteta, Cazorla, Oxlade-Chamberlain. All seem to be loved by Arsenal fans.

I don't see how it is, I actually find it more of an effort to use the d-pad on the ps controller.

I can use either controller very comfortably.

SAME.

BUT THE PS3 CONTROLLER IS TOO LIGHT/XBOX CONTROLLER IS TOO HEAVY.

Is a quote from Brendan Rodgers now supposed to be the be all and end all of all footballing opinion?

Because I welcome this trend, Rodgers' talks so much bollocks football is going to be a much funner place whilst we try and figure out what the hell he's trying to tell us to think.

No, I just found it incredibly funny how smug Rodgers and most 'modern' football fans were about the Shearer criticism.

A great day for football. Hopefully. I hope he doesn't stay retired for too long. And makes a comeback.

Cisse missed loads of sitter last year, before he want on his great run. Referee was decent tonight, the only complaint was with the linesman who disallowed the first goal, he flagged very late twice.

Liverpool fans having a go at Joe Allen

'I saw something criticising Joe for not playing risk passes. Unbelievable. Our so-called pundits who don’t know the dynamics of a team and how it functions. Joe will prove an absolute bargain.'

I'm not sure what you're trying to achieve with this gif?

It shows Celtic were as bad as Juventus. It looks as if Scott Brown stands on Lichsteiger's foot, Lichsteiger gives him a little shove, Brown throws himself to the floor, and Lichsteiger follows.

Brown doing two 'little tricks' there. In an attempt to get an opponent sent off. Very 'Italian'.

1-0 with the away goal. - Juventus probably wanted to kill the game and finish it in Italy, rather than get dragged into a battle or allow themselves to be counter attacked. Celtic did get a lot of half chances, maybe if Chiellini played they would have been tighter at the back. Is Caceres any good at CB? Thought he was more of a RB.

Were Juventus not just sitting back, after their early goal? Rather than playing badly? I thought they looked happy to sit on their lead anyway.

And if I won the Lotto on Saturday I would be a millionaire and could pay you to roller skate for me in a pink tutu if I wanted.

And you had a chance of winning the lottery, providing you bought a ticket.

Yeah exactly, outside challengers.

But the reality of the situation is unless they do on a ridiculous run of form it's a pipe dream. They also hugely changed the team, don't have a good enough striker and changed manager, European qualification was clearly the aim this season.

17 points behind is not 'outside challengers'. They're team hasn't changed that much they lost Modric which they'd been expecting. The only other major loss was VdV who didn't seem to be used that much anyway, and Ledley King. They've brought in Dembele, Sigurdsson, Vertonghen, Dempsey, Lloris. + Holtby, made Adebayor permanent and had Caulker return.

Defoe, Dempsey and Adebayor may not be world class, but they are still very good Premier League strikers. Probably better than Chelsea and Arsenal had.

I mean, you thought it might, even slightly, be on? Because that's really, really dumb.

Slight possibility because Spurs, Chelsea and Arsenal are having dreadful years and Everton are average. Liverpool would only be 3 points behind Everton if they won tonight.

Loads of free sex and an international trophy and Shola Ameobi chose to stay and sit on the bench at Newcastle.

Definition of idiocy/loyalty.

STILL ELIGIBLE FOR ENGLAND.

Christ, can't imagine Ameobi doing well at the ACON. Him lumbering around in the heat, on awful pitches.

They make a bigger cut, but they make most their money through new games.

The used game market is about 6-7% the size of the new game market.

So why are MS and Sony doing it?

By Ninja | Permalink | On 09 February 2013 - 15:00 PM
Of the market, maybe, but that market includes retailers that do not offer used e.g. Supermarkets.

The figures for retailers that do seem to be close to about a 40/60 split used to new, that's a huge chunk of revenue to lose.

Don't supermarkets now do pre-owned? I think ASDA do, might have just been a trial.

Can't see myself buying a next-gen console if this happens.

Probably because Ferguson earns more money and is a bigger repeat offender? And Ferguson's comments were far worse.

But obviously Ferguson has been very harshly punished by being fined a fraction of his wages. FA conspiracy.

I'm waiting for the 'The FA love United' 'Oh Fergie always gets away with it' comments again.

£6.70 for a return/day ticket. About 12 miles into Newcastle.

Seems common sense to me to make buses to be free/very cheap to reduce congestion and pollution. Make buses a viable alternative to cars, rather than just for people who can't afford cars.
