There is no option to add anything other than the roof, sits, sides and what you see in the first screenshot 🫤 anything else is added by the game.

You can try to change the team environment from basic to standard, or high end, and you will see minor differences.

i've downloaded the new update from sortitoutsi but when i try and load it back into the editor to update the injuries it has the old players and non of the new transfers
