Yes, it's normal for everything to shift if you change to a smaller resolution... The skin works in the resolutions described by Flut in his main comment. 
Having a screen with a higher resolution, I had to adapt the panels.

To get back to your problem, I can only see the radical solutions which are :
 

- either remove the skin you are currently using and reinstall it.
 

- or, if the first solution doesn't work, empty the computer's memory cache :

Otherwise another solution comes to mind. Try clearing the cache :

Are your screen and game zoom set to 100% ?

Then, there is a way to get past this little bug, just press the space bar on the keyboard. It doesn't help, I understand, but at least you are not blocked in your game...

Try to exit this panel by clicking on one of the players or one of the teams. Then go to the "preferences" menu of the skin. Check the box where it says you only use the icons in the sidebar. The game will restart.

Then return to the game. Tell us if you still have this problem after this manipulation.

As Flut said, it depends on how you feel. For my part, I prefer to use SSkits. And you are right on one point, each style is quite complete.
 

To have the files up to date, you have to follow the threads on this site because the contributors are numerous and very talented. 😉👍

But it's a long work depending on the leagues they prepare... ⏱⏱

And to answer you on an updated file, my ssk file is 1,7 Gb and there are still leagues missing... 😊

It is not included in the skin update for the 2560x1440 resolution which was, in fact, just a small graphics offset adjustment. 

Maybe in a future update of the original skin.

You have not downloaded the kits for this panel. You can find the way to do so in the description at the top of the page...
There are 2 types of kits: ssk or fc.
Depending on which one you use, be careful to match the background (what you see right now). And to modify it, you will find the file to modify in the "alt" folder.

1/The skin is designed to work with the game zoom at 100% and your screen zoom as well. If you change either of these, there will be lag problems.

2/ The skin is configured to only show icons on the sidebar. This also causes lag. To fix this problem, go to the game settings and check this option.

3/ To make the jerseys appear on the players panel, you need to make a second file, in your game graphics folder.
Copy the one you have, rename it and then modify all the "config" files inside using the PDF provided by Flut.

However, the background of the jerseys is in ssk and your kits are in Fc12. You will have to change this one already.

I just reverified with the original flut skin, my screen and the game set for resolution and zoom in 100% for the two. 

Before :

You normally put the first or second folder, depending on the position of your image, that I sent you.

After :

After that you notice that the name and number are not good anymore. And it is at this moment that you put the icon14 that I sent you.

The problem with the ssk's is that they are a bit bigger than the fc12's, so they stick out of the window and if you move them, they overlap...

My question concerns an object also present in the 3d engine: the corner posts . 
I noticed that they change depending on where you play. Indeed, these are weird (white with 2 blue lines, half black / half orange on the diagonal, ...)

So I think they are changeable too. 

As you are the only one working on the 3d display, I was wondering if you could also take a look when you have some availability ?
