Hello everyone.

As for the status" injured" icon—the small image in the column with the heart—I’ve never been able to get the cross to be white instead of black. I thought it might be because of a modification I made. So I reloaded the skin, and it was the same.
However, I found an image that realistically depicts the injured player. Attached are screenshots and the image in question. It replaces the one in the graphics/icons/16x folder.

If you want you can adjust the logo in order to not be cut. You just have to reduce a little bit the player pic and increase the space for logo or, alternatively, reduce the size of the logo.

 

For the first option go to best team outline table widget and, in line 19, incresae the value 15.

For the second option, in the same xml, line 44, place a number in the inset (now is zero) - you can do it by trial and error - start by 1 and still increase it until the logo is adjusted.

What do you think about this squad depht panel (also based on a request of Rosek). It includes (additionally) the nation flag, age, PA, CA and feet. The header of the cards uses the primary colour of the club and the letterrs of position uses the secondary colour of the club.

Hope you are well. Based on the XML sent to me by Rosek (thanks!), I’ve adapted it to create this “new” team talk panel. What do you think?

The player cards for those on the pitch are on the left, and the bench players are on the right (the columns have scrolling if needed). I changed the dimensions of the cards and included player condition/sharpness, the nation button, and the goal icon. The top bar uses the primary and secondary colours of the match competition.

 

MY FIRST FM26 COMMENT

Well... unfortunately, we waited two years (!) for the new version of FM, and it's a disappointment. 

In my humble opinion, the only real improvements are in the game engine (I liked the players' movements, which are more realistic and have more technical details), the idea of two tactics (with and without the ball) and dynamic TV. 

 

The graphics were a complete disappointment. It's not attractive, full of bugs, confusing, ridiculously small boxes with too much information, too many pop-ups, a ridiculous scoreboard, as well as the pop-up that appears when there are goals and many, many more things that are wrong, uninteresting and meaningless... The inability to reload the skin/game without having to exit and re-enter the game when we did a change in the graphics folders is a shame. 

 

The inability to customise skins is an affront to the FM community! 

 

And the logos bugs (many don't appear because of the already reported conflict) make me wonder what kind of shitty testing was done. 

 

Sometimes I wonder what leads SI not to consider the feedback that FM fans have reported and suggested over the years. 

Why not ‘dialogue’ with reference sites (such as Sortitoutsi or FMScout) about things that are mentioned every year by FM fans and would improve the game and immersion in it? 

Now they've changed ‘everything’ and ‘ruined everything’! 

And anyone who, in the future, if possible, dedicates themselves to improving the graphics (skins) will certainly have a Herculean task ahead of them (and it remains to be seen whether they have radically changed the code itself...). 

 

For my part, I don't think I'll be able to take on this task - the years are weighing on me and relearning everything from scratch doesn't appeal to me, and I don't know if I have the knowledge to do so (as I've always said, I'm not an expert - I've learned about the code over the years, through experience and, often, through trial and error). 

 

We'll see... I can only hope that new skinners will emerge, with the willpower, energy and knowledge to help us make the game more interesting. 
 

It was good while it lasted! But I believe (at least for now) that FM26 closed a chapter of  my life, full of challenges and pleasure which helped me to deal and, by moments, to "forgot" the real daly problems of the life.  

A big hug to everyone who has always supported my work, which I have always done with enthusiasm for over ten years. Let's keep in touch here and all the best to you all!

Delete what you have (only people backgrounds) and download the latest “people” complete file. Use chrome (or any other free download manager available online) so you can resume any interruptions in the download making sure you get the full file.

If you get the right file (people complete file) and put it in you graphics folder this will work (with any version of the game besides FM26).

Ouais. J'ai fait fonctionner la v16, mais j'ai toujours du mal avec la résolution. Pendant les matchs, seule la moitié du panneau de gauche (en attendant les moments forts) était visible. J'ai donc un peu bricolé avec la taille et la résolution de l'écran, mais en vain. Je suis sur 3840 x 2160 à 110%. Cela a bien fonctionné sur la v15, mais sur la v16, j'obtiens ce panneau à moitié gauche entre les hautes lumières. Comme je l'ai dit, j'ai bricolé avec d'autres tailles telles que 2560 x 1440 sur lesquelles la v16 est principalement définie, mais quel que soit le%, je n'arrive pas à l'obtenir pour mon écran. Je suis revenu à la v15, mais je préférerais la v16, donc toute aide est très appréciée :-)

I've tried that to no avail, I don't think it's anything in your skin pack I must have some other file downloaded coming into conflict with it, perhaps a previous version of the 2d kits or something. In any case thanks for your response.

Hello I've downloaded and installed the 2d kits pack listed in the original post and placed it as instructed however only the front kit is showing itself correctly and the back is always a blank white kit as you can see in the screen it shows this way in both the “quickview” where you hover over a players info and their full profile page… as seen on two different players.

Hi, i have a question and was wondering how you get the downloaded kits as the kits shown in the player profile as for me it shows the normal ones that come with the game any help would be appreciated

I guess the box colours as the attribute is in black inside the box, I tried changing the box colour and attibute colour in that file and also both together, but it wouldn't work and would just show the default colours.

Concerning the graphs, I don't know. In fact, in my game I tried to look at those graphs in different games saved and in a few, the graphs are empty but in others are with information (as in the screenshot below). Since I don't know where I can find that panels in the default skin I can't evaluate if is a skin problem…
