From what you describe, you are using a much higher resolution than I am using ( 2560 * 1440). Have you tried the original skin made by Flut or only the 2560*1440 version? Have you tried changing your screen settings?
It happens, according to my last information, that depending on the size of the screen ( 27" - 32" ) and the shape (flat - curved ) of your screen, each skin reacts differently.

To help you even better, please add screenshots.

The community is quite active and so is the skin master.

2/ From what I understand, looking at your images, you want to change the colours of the attribute boxes. This cannot be changed in the settings you show.  
To change them, you need to go to the file named "FM2021flutskin_dark settings" and using Notepad++, find the line <!-- background attribute box colours Flut 20 v2 -->

 If you have looked at the national team of the players you show on your screenshots, it is the background of the jersey of the national team that takes precedence over the club's. 
Normally, if you reload the skin, the club kit will reappear.

I finish the update for the 2560*1440 résolution. 

On the other hand, I don't know if it comes from me but I noticed this (nothing bad I reassure you). In the panel below, I have two indicators that do not work (or maybe not the right scale I do not know). And on the right, the photo of the keeper and the text is slightly too far to the left ( Same thing if I put the cursor on the "XG table", in French, the word Place is cut off at the P )

So from what I can see there are several points to change:

- In your game settings, make the sidebar show only the icons. This will save you width on the different panels.

- In the description of the skin, located above, it is indicated the link which gives access to the kits which are normally displayed in this panel.

In the one that handles the club panel kits, the lines of code should look like this:
